Financial Projection Disclaimer (Not Financial Advice)

Suranyx is an algorithmic, deterministic forecasting calculator that projects future bank balances based exclusively on historical bank statement data provided by you. Suranyx does not provide certified financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. All calculations, runway estimates, and Assistant responses are descriptive mathematical projections, not prescriptive financial advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Suranyx (via Web, Desktop, or Mobile), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Subscription, Billing & 1-Click Cancellation

• Free Starter Tier: You may parse your first bank statement and view full 13-week runway forecasts free of charge without entering payment details.

• Founder Pro Subscription (₹499/month): Includes unlimited statement syncs, historical trend tracking, custom alerts, and Assistant queries.

• 1-Click Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible in your Account Settings. Zero retention hoops or cancellation penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use & Account Integrity

You agree to upload only legitimate bank statement CSV files for bank accounts you are authorized to manage. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent authentication, abuse API rate limits, or access other users' accounts.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Suranyx and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from business decisions, cash shortfalls, tax penalties, or financial losses incurred in reliance on the software's mathematical projections.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru / Mumbai.
